What we collect

We do not run accounts, newsletters or analytics on this site. The contact tool on our Ask Us page works only in your browser and sends nothing to us. We receive personal data only when you choose to email us: your name, email address and whatever you include in your message.

Why and on what basis

We use your email to answer your question and, if relevant, to improve our lessons. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you start.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for up to 24 months, then delete it unless an ongoing conversation requires otherwise.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your details. Our email provider processes messages on our behalf under a data processing agreement.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, and object to processing. Email us to exercise these rights. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
